I was one flight away from my goal, so I went up and down the stairs. Nothing. I went up and down the stairs 5 times, and it finally counted one. What's going on? I've had this for about a month and a half, and it's been pretty accurate on the floor count until now.

Hi @lmalex. There's been plenty writtin in this Community about floors, so I'm sure you already know that your One picks up floors with an altimeter which tracks barometric pressure changes in conjunction with movements. For every change in pressure deemed equivalent to a 10 feet elevation threshold, a floor should register, provided that the ascent is uninterrupted (not necessiraly fast, but without pause.) If the floors that didn't register were done using the same stairway as you normally use, and there were no pause, then I would suggest retarting your Fitbit One tracker using the instructions in How do I restart my tracker . Good luck! Please let us know how it goes. Cheers!

One thing I have noticed in the past is that if I go up the stairs and then immediately descend again then it can fail to register that floor. It seems to need a few steps upstairs - or perhaps it's just an amount of time - to consistently register floors.
