I found a Fitbit one in the Cleveland clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. If you lost one in that area please respond to me with your name. If your name matches this unit we can continue to link up for the return.

That surprises me as many have been returned to the owners in the past.
Maybe they did away with it.

I'm glad you contacted customer support regarding this. In this case, you could either do what they advised or just keep it and wait to see if the owner will appear.
