Found a fitbit in central london yesterday, called customer service today about it. Although I couldn't really understand the employee very well, I could gather that they don't offer support for returning lost devices outside the US, which seems bizarre. Is that true? Should I try to persist through another channel of their customer service?
On the highly unlikely chance the owner who lost it is reading this, send me a message about the model and colour of the device, as well as where you think you lost it.
Best AnswerIt is very nice of you to take the trouble to try to return the Fitbit to its owner! I have heard that Fitbit Customer Service only helps with returns inside the US, but I have not confirmed this.
