Friend request not found

I sent a friend request to fellow Fitbit user (via email), she never received it, then the same when she sent it to me. Notifications show nothing, and when I pull up her email it shows that a request has already been sent.

Are you sending it to the email account that she uses for Fitbit?

Yes. And it shows pending on my end. She sent one to me, same thing, it’s no where in my notifications

So when she goes to your page, it says pending . 

What do you see when you go to your friends profile page .

I could not find her profile page.

Can you find. in the community, a post of hers? 

Or have her go to Fitbit.com

After logging in to her Fitbit account, there will be her picture or a spot for it in the top right. 

Tap this picture, the page that opens up is the page you want to go to .

Have her share this page with you.

@JenniferBuller Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting your inquiry about how to accept friends once the invitation has been sent. 

 

If you are using the Fitbit app for iOS or Android, do the following: 

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Notifications tab.
  2. Tap Messages.
  3. Tap the friend request to open it.
  4. Tap Accept Friend or Ignore.

Check this helpful article for other instructions for different platforms (which you can try in case you don't see this in the Fitbit app).
