Hi, I start my android mobile for walk. When I return home, I hold in FINISH..... What am I supposed to do then for it to save on my DASHBOARD?

You should not have to do anything else. The summary and map should show up in the Track Exercise when you tap that tile. It will show up on the website summary after you sync.
