Help my One won't sync and hasn't since june

help i cannot get my One to sync i was using a windows laptop but now am using a chromebook. I have done everything and it won't sync i even got my old laptop out and it won't sync on that either this has been going on since june what can i do ?

@kinglake I noticed that you just joined our Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! Regarding the syncing issue that your Fitbit One is experiencing. I'd like to know if you have restarted your tracker. If not, please follow the restart process as advised in Marre's post. This will refresh your tracker internally. After the restart, please try syncing your tracker one more time and see if the issue gets fixed.
