How do I disconnect One from my app

Hi I have connected my friends One to my Fitbit account so that I could update it for her its now done and I need to disconnect from my app how do I do that?

Have made my Flex the primary device but I need hers off my app now so that I can put back on to her account.

Hi @glenhen. From your main dashboard page, you should see the two devices. Tap on the one you wish to delete; and scroll down the next page a bit - there should be a link to delete this device. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.

hello. My main dashboard page does not contain any devices, so there is nothing to click or scroll down to. I have two devices installed and want to uninstall one. This is the only post i've been able to find on it, and i can't follow the instructions because my dashboard doesn't match.

when i go to settings and find the devices, there is no option anywhere to disconnect. Please help!

@mnashp Great question! Are you using the Fitbit app on a computer? If so, you can remove a tracker from your Fitbit account by doing the following steps:

1. Open the Fitbit App.

2. Click on "Account".

3. Click on the tracker you want to remove from your account.

4. Scroll down the page and click on the trash can.

5. Click on "Remove This Device".
