Log onto the Fitbit website. Click on the cog at the top and there will be a drop down menu. Click on the One Tracker logo and you will get to the One settings. If you look at the URL along the top, the serial number is at the end of the URL.

Support refuses to get out serial numbers and they said the ONLY way to get it is from the box. I threw mine out and my job requires serial numbers for all devices we wear so I guess I’m switching away from fitbit.

The support team said it’s coded so you have to go in and do something with the letters to get the actual serial number but they wouldn’t tell me how

@Rongen You can find the serial number of any Fitbit on your account by doing the following. @smithc72 I know the code!
