My Fitbit One quit syncing a while ago. When I hold down the button it says Fitbit 6.60 then after a few seconds it will say steps 7393. It wont sync to my phone properly or restart. Does anyone know how to fix this problem??

For the computer is the dongle plugged in?
If restarting is not helping then contact support
