How do I set up my new Fitbit One?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I lost my FitBit One today but I have another.  How do I sync the new one to my phone.  Still have the software in my phone for tracking calories etc.  I don't have the instruction manual anymore.

Hi @ghjohnston  just set it up as a new device on an existing account. Click for the One user manual and related help articles.

I tried the manual but it didn't help me.  My current FitBit One that is lost is still the one synching.  I still have no clue where to start and have gone thru the existing App on my phone as well.

if the old One is still syncing, it must be within range of your phone - about 25 feet. Is it possible to find it? If not, remove the One from your app and then get the new One set up

It showed that it last synched at 10:05 PM last evening so it's not synching now and is not within 25 feet.  Guess I could walk around the yard with it trying to synch and when it does connect I know that I am within 25 feet. It just shows looking ......but doesn't connect.

@ghjohnston  the only good thing about all of this is that once the dying One is gone, the new one can be easily set up. There's always a chance the One will pop up once you aren't thinking about it. These devices can find the craziest places to hide.
