How to disconnect Fitbit one from a broken iPhone?

I used to sync my fitbit one with my iPhone, but this iPhone will no longer start up, so I cannot actively disconnect my One from my iPhone.
I would like to start syncing my Fitbit One with my iPad now. How do I arrange that?

The tracker is linked to the account, not to the phone.

 

When opening the Fitbit App on another device and login to your account, the one should be displayed. No need for relinking the tracker. When bluetooth / internet is turned on,.. the tracker will sync.
