I was gifted a used fitbit One today & I am so excited to use it!!! But I can't figure out how to restore it to factory settings so that I can set it up under my own name & info. Help?

There shouldn't be a need to reset it. Once you have set up your fitbit account add the One as a new device. It will delete any data left on it and reassign it to your account.

The gifted fit bit is password protected.  I have been give a list of possible passwords from the previous owner, but I have exceeded the allowed number and it says I now have to do unlock from my phone?
