Hi @Barbie615. That's a weird one, really, never heard that one before. I would suggest restarting your Fitbit One tracker using these instructions How do I restart my tracker. Be prepared to repeat the process two or three times if need be, making sure to hold the button down 15-20 seconds. If the restart is successful, you should see "Fitbit 6.60" on your tracker's display. If, after successfully restarting your Fitbit One, you're still experiencing these weird issues, my best advice then would be to Contact Support (click here) and see what they can do for you.
