Hi! I'm getting a new iPad Pro. Will I be able to sync it with my One?

I can't say for sure but as it doesn't appear on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices there must be a risk that it won't sync. Hopefully someone with a Pro will be able to confirm either way.

Thanks Steve for responding. That's exactly why I asked since I didn't see it listed. My other question is then, can I use more than one way to log? I currently use my laptop to sync my One; can I also use my iPhone to sync as well? My phone is one that's listed. Can you tell me how to set up my iphone to sync with it and will I be able to continue to sync with my laptop? Thanks for your help!

You can sync to multiple devices so you should be able to sync via your laptop and view the synced data on our iPad. You only need go through the setup once so as it's already syncing with your laptop then you just sign on to your iPad. Then it may, or may not, sync.

If you're already set up on the laptop then nothing. Just download the app and login.
