Iphone6 vs Fitbit One.

As long as I am in the house, my Fitbit One syncs fine to the phone. Once I am out of the house, it says I have no internet connection. I had a Samsung before and had no issues. Are these 2 not compatable? Is there a way I can fix it? TYIA

Hi there @bunny9244, it's great to see ya' around! the iPhone 6 you have is actually a compatible device so please make sure you have a data plan activated on your iPhone because is weird that your One is only syncing with your wi-fi connection. In addition,I would like you to follow the instructions on this article to make your One syncs.

It doesn't make sense to me either. I have Consumer Cellular and do have a data plan. I will go to the article and see what it says. Thank you for your response.
