Lost steps - help!

Hi everyone, hope someone can help me.  I stopped using my One a few months ago but decided to wear it again on Monday.  Charged it up and although the device was counting my steps fine, syncing was a bit glitchy on my Android and my PC so I updated the software and restarted it last night.  After that it was fine and counted more steps and synced from my phone as well as the PC.

I don't track my sleep so I popped it into my bra as usual this morning when I woke up at 6.40am GMT.  Switched on DriveBit for the journeys over and back to turn my horses out and then went off to my part-time job as a housekeeper - which involved a lot of time on my feet!  I've just got home and synced (just after noon) and for some reason my One has only been logging steps for me since 11am, so all the steps I did before then aren't there.  I've checked my activities in case DriveBit didn't switch off but that all looks correct so I have no idea what has happened.  Does anyone have any idea?  Thanks.....

Hi @domane, it's cool to see around! Seems that your Fitbit One is not counting your steps accurately. You mentioned that you already tried a restart to make it sync, however I would like you to try it again, around 3 times in a row and use it for a couple of days to see if is tracking well. If the persists, I suggest you to try to set it up as a new device by following these instructions.

Let me know if it works! Have a great day. Man Wink
