Is it my fit bit? Or website?

I have a fitbit One that is tracking my steps, but as of around 8:30 this morning it no longer syncs to my iPhone or to my laptop? My fitbit is about 1.5 years old – Any idea if my Fitbit malfunctioning? Or could this be the fitbit website? If it is malfunctioning will the replacement warranty still be in effect?
Thx

If that doesn't do the trick then you could try restarting the fitbit too using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it's known to not always work.

In terms of the warranty: it depends where you live, some places are covered by 12 months, others by 24. You can check the terms here: www.fitbit.com/returns

I have that problem sometimes with my android as well.  Sometimes rebooting the phone helps.  Other times I try to synch it ten, fifteen, twenty times until it finally does synch.
