One Tracker not showing low battery icon

So my tracker is no longer showing me the low batter icon. The only way I know my battery is low is if I get a notificiation via the app or email. Used to be if I recevied one of these notifications I would press the button on my tracker and it would show a battery with a low level. It no longer does this. Can any one tell me what is going on and how to fix this.

Hello @ashowers36,

So I just started to get the low battery indicator on the tracker itself (notice no charging cable attached):

And I got it around 8:30am, my original low battery e-mail/notification fired off yesterday at around 10:30am.  So around a 22 hour difference.  I never timed it before, so I did it this time since I was curious.

I know that I've continued to use it for a few hours after the display changes, so good to know that I have at least a full day's use (24+ hours) after I get the low battery e-mail.

If I were to speculate, the e-mail/notification fires at around 20% battery and the One's display changes once it's under 10%.

I hope this helps.

Try a restart. Sometimes doing it a few times helps.

Hello @ashowers36,

My observation from my use of the Fitbit One is that the low battery warning on the device (battery meter when you press the button) shows up a few hours after the low battery notification shows up (on both e-mail and Fitbit App).

As it happens, my low battery notification went off this morning at about 1/2 hour ago.  I would expect the display on the One to change in maybe another 3-4 hours.

If you noticed that this is much closer for you in the past it is probably a function of how frequently you sync.

I'm curious as to how much longer before the display changes, so I'll hold off charging it until then and report on this thread.

I hope this helps.

Well I received the notification via email/app this morning around 7:00 EST. It is now 2:22 P.M. EST and the tracker still does not show up with the battery icon. I know it is syncing because both the dashboard online and my app show battery level as low. Just not my tracker itself.
