Is it possible that Fitbit is stopping support on the Fit Bit One? I havent been able to sync my fit bit for 2 weeks despite removing/reinstalling apps, turning bluetooth on/off, resetting fitbit one etc. Its as if the support platform is not longer functioning and nothing is working. I know its an old device but its still working, just not syncing any longer with my iphone, ipad or computer.

Nope, try these steps. And let us know what phone you are asking for help with.

@jbk51691 yes, this device is out of maintenance so I wouldn't expect free service, support, or replacements from Fitbit, it's why this forum is so useful to learn and troubleshoot. They've not prohibited us from enjoying these trackers if that's what you're inquiring about. Many things can go wrong, and learning more about what happened to proceed the problems you'd encountered two weeks ago may help to figure out what's happening now. Additionally, let us know what platform you're using (Windows, Android, Apple) and what versions of the software, and firmware.

My Fitbit (One) just stopped sync'ing steps to the MyFitnessPal app I've had it linked to ever since I started using both (many yrs ago). The lack of sync began on April 1 or 2, 2021.
Whenever this happens, the 1st thing I do is check Settings to be sure the linkage is still set up. It is. I haven't changed anything else wrt software or firmware updates.
I typically check my numbers and status during the day on my Samsung S10+ phone or Samsung Tab tablet. There's no sync'ing for that Steps data going b/wn Fitbit One and the MFP app.
Ditto, the sync'ing of that data (in the same timeframe since just before Easter weekend) is not appearing on my desktop (Win 10 PC) dashboard for MFP. The Steps tracking numbers are showing up in the Fitbit app & on the Fitbit dashboard. The data is just not exchanging b/wn the apps.
Usually when this (fairly regularly) happens, it's a server issue at one or the other of the companies. And, typically they fix it w/in 4-5 days. But this is not resolving. Anyone else experiencing this?
No, I won't uninstall and re-install anything or unlink and re-link because I shouldn't have to and I've read enough about that causing issues for others that I know I don't want to initiate. Thx for any info!

@Fotomaker01 your Fitbit One has never synced with MFP, it is MFP that syncs with your Fitbit account. If there is a problem with this sync, and revoking access, setting up again doesn't work, it is time to contact MFP.
Last week MFP did say that they where looking into a sync issue with MFP.

Good to know, Rich.
I contacted them at the same time I wrote this because I didn't know whose issue it was & figured it would be worthwhile for either (or, both) parties to look into the issue.
Thx for taking the time to write in!
