Good question @Sh3W0lf, no, those are 1000's of steps or "k steps". Not a distance measurement.
On a PC go to fitbit.com, log in and click your avatar (your pic)
click here...
....to see total miles distance.
If it shows up in km instead of miles (and you prefer miles) go to https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile and scroll down to "units" and change from metric to feet/inches.
