Hi @Missymoon985 and welcome to the Community. The first thing I would like you to confirm is that you have a Fitbit One tracker, as opposed to another kind of Fitbit, like a wrist-type. The reason I'm asking is that the Fitbit One does not have the auto-sleep functionality; so you have to manage the sleep cycle manually, by pressing and holding the button to start and stop the timer at bed time and when you wake up.
If you do have a Fitbit One and managed the sleep cycle as I just described, the only thing I can think of is that perhaps you forgot to turn off the timer when you woke up in the morning.
As for the water, this is not a case that the Water tile has vanished, correct? The tile is there, you log water; and then the next time you come to log water again, its gone. Have you tried using your Web browser to navigate to www.fitbit.com and sign-on to your account to see if the water you've logged is there?
