Iphone 6s+, One

A manual sync can be done by pulling down on the front page.  Auto sync means constant sync, eg. as you walk the data updates for each step you take.  For years I chased this problem on occasion.  It has always fixed by:

1. Reset the One.

2. Logout of app then log back in.

3. Remove the app and perform a new install.

None of these are working this time.  My desktop is Windows 10 and auto sync works perfectly with that app.  Ideas?  Thanks. Jim

point of clarification-- it was an update of the Fitbit app for iPhone that changed, NOT the iPhone software. Jim.

Mine did the same thing tonight. The app updated and now it won’t sync. I think the same thing happened previously but I don’t recall the solution. Does anyone remember?

I plugged my fitbit in (to charge) and held it down to turn off/on (quite a while) until it showed the 6.64.  It is now syncing again.

Thanks for the reply.  Your steps are what I called resetting the One.  Sadly, doesn't work for me.
