Lost FitBit One's History

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I had a Windows laptop hard drive failing so the drive was replaced and I've lost all of my FitBit history.  I still have the old drive and I can read it and transfer data from it to my new system drive.  So, my questions are:

1) Does anyone know where the FitBit Windows app stored the history data.  Or,

2) is there any other way to retrieve my history.

Hello and welcome to the forums @PhxWilsonsKen

The history of your One is safely stored on the Fitbit servers. All you need do is log in with your email and password and your history will be there. You'll want to be sure to have the app on there.

When I go into the Fitbit Dashboard the only stats available are the last two days.  I exported the period of July 17 through Aug 17 and only the last two days had data.

There is a phone number for the USA, an online chat option and web based email for those out of the area.

They can see things from their side that you can't on yours. Can't hurt to ask them.
