I lost my fully charged Fitbit one last night and all of a sudden all my information has disappeared off my app. Does this mean someone is using my Fitbit?

Your information should not disappear. Its tied to your email address.

 

But Yes someone could use it. But they need to set it up on their account

 

Im so sorry you lost it. I do hope you find it. Could it be close?
