Not syncing exercise

I run or walk most days and use the tracker but since last week these have not shown on my dashboard. After each exercise I press the finish button to log the exercise and even though the info is shown (impact, distance, time etc) it doesn't register on my log or on the dashboard for how many days I've exercised. I'm having to log it manually once I've noticed then I get extra steps added unnecessarily.

Have you tried a restart?

Do it at least 3 times.

I did the restart more than 3 times and now it's not syncing anything.
