Lost Steps

I hit my goal of 10 000 steps for the day. ...went to sync to phone and the count on the tracker was suddenly back at 0?? Sync on phone did not capture the 10 000.....it also read zero? What happened to my steps?

Can you verify in the Fitbit App (phone) that the timezone is correct? When automatic timezone is enabled, consider to disable and choose the correct timezone manually.

 

After sync'ing the tracker uses the new timezone, and starts a new day at midnight instead of during the day.. due using a incorrect timezone..
