I am heartbroken.
I lost my Fitbit one and I have had it for 4years. The end piece on the holder broke and I lost my device. I feel so lost. This saddens me because this is the 2nd holder I have had to break.

I'm not sure it was the fault of the missing end-piece though as I think this is just cosmetic. I lost the end piece of my One holder a year ago and have had no problems.

 

Whatever the cause, I hope you find it.
