My Contacts aren't showing

I have less than 10 contacts showing on all buttons, contacts, Facebook etc. Have chosen to see non active friends also but still only about 10 contacts appear. I am trying to add a friend who is on my contact list and a Facebook friend but she is not showing anywhere. She tried adding me and she can't see me either. Can anyone help please? Thanks

Hey, @Laura71! Welcome aboard. If your Fitbit and Facebook accounts are linked and you aren't seeing any friend suggestions, it could be because of the following:

1. Your Facebook friends do not have their accounts linked.
2. Your Facebook friends do not use Fitbit.
3. If you previously ignored the friend suggestion, it will not reappear.

4. Fitbit will only find Facebook friend suggestions if your friends also have their Fitbit and Facebook accounts linked. 

Once you make sure of this steps, please unlink your facebook account from Fitbit and re link it, then tell your friend to do the same, and see if it appears. Or you can also try to add her directly using her email address, just make sure this is the one associated to her Fitbit.com account.
