Manually adding active minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I was doing c25k on the treadmill.  My One already counted the steps I did and very active minutes, but I want this to show under Activity, as I have a goal of being active at least 3 days a week.  If I add it there, it doubles my numbers for steps and very active minutes.  Help!!

Hi @mersyp, thanks for visiting the Community! To show your progress under Activity you can either activate your One's Exercise Mode feature or manually log in the activity. Exercise mode allows your activities to be recognized under your activity log. Click here for information on exercise mode.

Another option is manually logging your activities which works great when you don't put your tracker on activity mode. I recommend taking a look here for more information.

Let me know if this helps.
