Won't sync to iPad or iPhone anymore

I've tried all the help options apart from resetting my Fitbit one. I dont want to do this as it will lose all the data from yesterday before updating the app?? (I had 15000 steps on there and I'm in competition with some people ha!)

Restarting the One doesn't remove the tracked data on the tracker, all previous sync'ed data is safe on the fitbit account. It's like restarting a computer while keeping all installed programs, games, settings.. but loading everything freshly.
