Mobile Track and One

At one point in time I could use MobileTrack if I forgot to wear my One and the One would sync to my MobileTrack step count once I got home and synced with my One but now it does not pick up the steps from MobileTrack.  I thought the whole idea of MobileTrack was to be able to track steps when your Fitbit device was not available.  What has changed?

Hello @rdbishop999, good to see you around. MobileTrack hasn't received any recent change that modify its functionality. Also as you mentioned, in other words when you don't have your One around, MobileTrack will turn your phone in to a tracker so my recommendation is to take a look if there are recent updates of the app by going to your App Store. If your app is updated then try force quitting the app.

1. Double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
