I have a fitbit one that I use while walking through out the day. I sync it to my phone (lets say it has 9200 steps), take it out of pocket and put it on table. Turn off phone sync... Then grab my phone and turn on mobile track while riding my bicycle. When finished with my bike ride and hit finish in mobile app it adds a certain amount of steps to the value (lets say it add 1200 steps from ride and now displays 10400 steps) that was synced to the fitbit one before the ride. I then turn on the fitbit sync and my steps on phone revert back to the 9200 that was on the fitbit one before the bike ride. Should it not sync to the highest of the two to make them both 10400 so my bike ride is not lost?

A warm welcome to our new friend @tbalt! Thanks for stopping by! Man HappyMy best advise here would be to use only your Fitbit One tracker or the MobileTrack feature cause when you use both of them it can duplicate tracking and cause inaccuracies on your stats like it's happening when you ride your bicycle.

I hope this clarifies your question, hope you have a great day! Robot Happy
