It seems that the latest app upgrade posted last week has caused all sorts of sync problems. I have tried everything up to and including deleting and reinstalling the app and deleting the One from my account and re-adding it. I also tried resetting my One after deleting the bluetooth pairing. All to no avail.
The blue sync line starts in from the left but stops at about 10%. No data is being sync'd. I have also tried on my pc and that has the same problem.
Come on Fitbit. Fix the app.

Syncs fine to my Windows 10 computer but no longer syncs to my Motorola Ballistic Droid. I can uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone but have to do it all the time in order to get a sync.

Hi Everyone,
I'm sorry to hear of all of your syncing issues, glad to hear some of you are syncing again. I'm hoping I may be able to help.
First, I suggest you make sure you are on the latest version of the app. In particular, we had a recent update to the Android app and two recent updates on the Windows 10 app.
Second, if you haven't already please review the following help page, Why won't my tracker sync?
Hoping you all get back on track soon.

That's my thought, too. Let's change brands & go to one who's testing their upgrades before dumping them on us. This is making me really angyr!
I'm using Windows 7 Pro; it was all working find until June 3 at 12:01 a.m. From then on, no syncing. Very frustrating.

Thanks for your reply...I am extremely frustrated because my Fitbit will not sync...has not in 2 days. And right now I do not have time to install, reinstall, etc. now. I had one of the original Fitbits for 5 years and never had as many problems as I do with this app. I prefer the lower tech tree I used to have. This is the second time I have had issues with the app. Love my Fitbit, HATE the app!

I have now tried the suggestions. Uninstalled the app from the smartphone, then restarted the smartphone. Downloaded & installed the latest app for Android, 2.50. Still not syncing. Don't even find the ability to sync on the website. It says the last time the One synced was 5 days ago, June 3 at 12:01 a.m. Have already had to spend more time trying to get the One to sync since this latest version than it took to get it up & running the very first time. I'm ready to change brands. It'd be easier & less frustrating!
I've just done all you've recommended. Nothing. Just further frustration.

I have tried all of the suggestions for syncing and the ONLY thing that works is removing the app and reinstalling it on my android device. It only syncs one time and then no more. I have to uninstall and reinstall again. This app worked fine before the upgrade. Very frustrating.

Also have Windows 7, & I'm not upgrading just because Fitbit won't sync properly. Connection problems are intermittent. The One synced off & on consistently last night, but not consistently today. Uninstalled the app from the Android & reinstalled; at that moment only the device synced with the Android & with the laptop...but not since then. Seriously don't have time to uninstall & reinstall the app throughout the day just to sync!
