Hey there, @hexane! Is this happening with your App or on the online dashboard? If it is on the App, please try to forcequit it or log out and back in from it. If this doesn't work try to reboot your phone.
If this is happening on the computer, please try to clear cookies and cache and log out and back in from your account.

hey, @hexane! Thanks for the updates. If you don't see your steps tile, tap "edit" at the top and then you will see all the tiles that are not active, you can tap on the + to add them again. If this is not the case, could you please provide me with a screenshot of the issue?
