I really love my One.  I have had it for years and love that it is so light and inconspicuous.  I only wear my watch on my left wrist.  Jewellery on my right.  I dont like seeing a tracker on my arms that is why I have not updated to another product.  It will not sync with the app.  Is there anything that I can do to make this happen??

Hey im having same problem, and fitbit support wont do a thing about it, i find them disgraceful i deleted my fitbit from my app and now i cant even add rejion with it, like you i like to keep mine in pocket as its discreet and i rather where a watch than a tracker on wrist let me know if you get yours syncing again so i know what to do myself Dan
