I replaced my Fitbit One because I needed to charge the battery daily.
I tried the link - Replacement, but it didn't work.
I decided to remove my account completely and create a new account with a new email address.
However, I never receive the email of Verification to finalise my new account. I have checked in the SPAM but there is nothing there. I have removed, the app several times but nothing seems to work. Can someone help?
Best AnswerHi @mosinparis the One was retired close to four years ago. The One user manual and related help articles - click to go there. How to set up - click to read. The email address you used, is it possible you made a mistake in typing it and that's why you didn't get anything from Fitbit? It does happen, so try again and see if it goes through.
