So after three and half years, I think my little One has died.  Won't hold a charge, turned off continuous syncing, still won't hold a charge.  Tonight after an active day, I had 0 steps.  Now it's at 8 steps.  Just ordered another One.  Can't be without it.  It 3.5 years a good run for a One?
