First thing when there is a problem is to turn off bluetooth, log out of the account and restart the device and the mobile device. Then turn on bluetooth and log in. Have you tried that?

The app isn't working properly since the last update so your Bluetooth won't be able to pair with your Fitbit. Best thing you can do is a reset when you want to sync (plug into your charging cable, press the button for about 15 secs, then unplug and switch it back on).
Some folks have also installed their Fitbit as a 'new' device and it seems to have worked, but it didn't for me, I just keep getting the same message from Bluetooth - pairing rejected by One 😞
