My Fitbit one no longer syncs

Tried suggestions on Fitbit help. No joy. The fit bit one is working but not syncing with my iPhone or iPad Air.

Here's what I did that finally worked. 1.Uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit app. 2. Then reset my Fitbit one by following directions. 3. Then powered down my iPhone and powered up again. 4. Then opened Fitbit app logged in and added my tracker. It worked but I lost two good days of 10k steps 😂😂
