Fitbit one isn't recognised by bluetooth

I removed the connection with bluetooth because it didn't want to sync anymore.

Now my pc (or mobile..) don't deect my one anymore.

 

I tried to make a connection with the dongle but it doesn't work neither...

 

Someone any idea???

@YannickH It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! So sorry to hear that your Fitbit One is not being recognized by your phone or your computer. Make sure that your USB dongle is being recognized by your PC when you plug it. Also, it would be helpful if you restart your tracker as advised in this post. Once this has been done, try to set up your Fitbit one more time.
