I went for a walk for an hour and my Fitbit one displayed that I had 4800+ steps but when it synced with my PC it dropped to 2600+ steps! That 2600 count showed both on my Windows app and fitbit. I looked at the detailed data from that time and all the steps were at 135 steps every 5 minutes! I did more steps than that before I left the house! And I really don't think that my stride pattern is that consistent.
Not happy as this is the second day I have ever owned a Fitbit! Is there any way of fixing this?

Mmhhh this is really weird my friend, why don't you try to restart your tracker by following the steps provided in this thread? Then please make sure your tracker is syncing correctly with your tracker by following the steps provided in here.
Let me know how it goes! ![]()

It's been behaving itself today but I've restarted it and I'll see if it misbehaves after my excersise tomorrow. Thanks for the restart instructions, lets hope it works.
