My One Won't Sync I'm DONE with Fitbit

My One stopped syncing last week.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, charged and followed Fitbit's instructions (insert laugh here).  Needless to say it still doesn't work and Fitbit no longer sells the One.  I have the scale and I have the watch.  I don't like wearing a watch all the time.  I have the Zip which is working but I don't like it as much as the one.

 

Time to look for something besides Fitbit!

What are you trying to sync to? Computer or phone?

 

Computer there is a new connect software out there.

 

We really cant help when you come in and say so long. But I wish you the best of luck.
