The last couple of weeks my One has stopped counting exercise correctly. In the past it was fairly accurate. During the summer heat, I usually walk on a treadmill, and the exercise minutes on the One was the same as the treadmill clock. Yesterday's treadmill 30 minute walk - the One gave me 9 minutes. Help, as there is no direct replacement for the One.

Hello @BrerPossum where you using the recording mode on the Fitbit One?

Rich, I just let it automatically detect my walks. By the way, I usually set the speed to 3 and incline to 1.5 on the treadmill. I am really wondering if old age is catching up to my One. The battery still last a week or more. Thanks so much.

May I ask what tracker you have @BrerPossum? The Fitbit One, the clip midel, does not have the ability to auto detect an exercise. The manual mode will only mark exercises as a workout and the user can then relable the exercise.
One more thought is that treadmill walking/running is not an ax revise that any Fitbit device is able to detect and must be started manually.
