My One won't sync

My One won't sync to my Samsung galaxy a51 or my laptop or my fire tablet.

Has anyone been able to get it to sync?

This is a brand new android phone Samsung galaxy a51 so I'm sure the OS is not the problem. I also have a Flex 2 and charge 3 that I wear for swimming. I prefer my Fitbit One for a more accurate step count.

I all ready looked at troubleshooting article.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Hello Jen, just to let you know that for the last 24 hours I have not been able to synch my Fitbit one with my Samsung A51 either! Very annoying.

I am having the same issues. My one will not sync with my kindle or my lap top

I am on a regular computer and I am having trouble syncing also.

I’ve been having trouble with syncing too.  When I first used my One, I synced it with my iPad and it worked for a long time.  Now the sync lasts only 6 weeks.  It stopped last Sunday and now I’ve reinstalled the app and it can’t find the Fitbit.  Two inches away.

I’m resorting to paper and pen.

Mine would not sync either and I discovered my Bluetooth was turned off. Synced when I turned it on.
