My One won't sync

My One will not sync with my Windows 7 computer or my Google Nexus 6p since April 15th. I have worked down the trouble shooting list to no avail.

Is the dongle plugged in?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Mine has not sync'd for almost 3 days. I have restarted it so many times to no avail. I am in a challenge at work and really need to figure this out. Any other suggestions on what I can do? I sync through my computer with Windows 10. I just recently started completely over in January( and lost 4 or 5 years worth of stats) because it quit syncing with my Kindle. I am not very computer savvy either so I need simple terms...haha
