My Steps do not show up on my Dashboard!

My Fitbit One is counting steps and stairs, but the info isn't being sent to the dashboard.  Suggestions?

Sounds like it is not syncing. For the computer is the dongle plugged into a USB port?

Also do a restart

Do it at least 3 times.
