The only waterproof fitbits are the Flex 2 and ionic. They are very different but you can compare the features of the two of them at www.fitbit.com/compare

@Jennystone Welcome to the Fitbit family! Water aerobics are fun and there are a couple of Fitbit devices that you can use in the water! 

Just as @SteveH mentioned, your best options are the Fitbit Flex 2 and the Fitbit Ionic. You can wear them in the water to track your activities. Both of them includes the SmartTrack feature that will auto recognize your swimming (Ionic also has it as en exercise shortcut on the device itself). It will also track other categories such as sports and aerobic workout. 

You can still track water aerobics with your One, but only by manually logging the activity (do not wear your One in the water). That's an alternative solution you can do for the moment until you upgrade!
