My one wont turn on unless connected

It won't turn on for anything while disconnected from a computer it won't even show the "Fitbit 6.64" This means it doesn't track anything while disconnected. When I try to sync it with my phone it will say it was not found. The last sync was a random 103 steps and it has not changed since then.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
