My phone syncing with fitbit One

I have not been able to connect my fitbit and phone since July 6th. The information is recorded on my fitbit but it's not syncing with the phone. I have turned the phone off. I have updated the app. I don't know what I should do next.

I've had the same problem and the restart did work. I now can connect phone/app and my fitbit.
