Need frequent reboots

My just-over-three-years-old Fitbit One has recently started having sync issues. At least once a day, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day, it refuses to sync with my phone, my bluetooth-equipped laptop, or my desktop computer with the Fitbit dongle. This started about a month ago. The phone is the same one I've used for two years, the laptop is the same one I've used for two years, and the desktop with dongle is the same one I've used since I bought the Fitbit.

 

Rebooting the Fitibit resolves the problem, until it happens again sometimes just a few hours later. All other functionality is normal, battery life is still good, it's just this annoying sync issue.

 

Is it time to just replace the device, or is there something I can do to resolve this?

I think I have the same problem. I contacted the support for this. I guess it might be a software update.
